Handheld terminal PC-003
 
MF Tarif AFCS provides for a special portable inspector’s handheld terminal PC-003 which is designed :

- to validate contactless smart cards / tickets that are compatible with ISO 14443 A and B, 
- to check bank cards (VISA, MasterCard)
- to validate QR-code tickets 
- on-line connection with the on-board computer

- 3 LEDs reflect the result of checking the card / ticket; 
- additional information can also be displayed (validity period, name, balance etc) 
- Storage of transactions in non-volatile memory up to 10 years 
- Battery: 2000 mAh 
- Fully charged battery lasts for two working shifts (2 * 8 hrs) 
- Responce time : less than 1 secon 
- Optionally equipped with a QR-reader and printer 
- Operating temperature : - 20 ° C to + 50 ° C. 
 
The inspector’s validator can also be used as fare collector's validator for low budget projects and by small transport operators. In this case, it is connected to MF Tarif AFCS back-office system on-line.
